Product Overview

ClimateLineAir™ is heated air tubing that delivers the desired temperature at the mask and enables you to use Climate Control. It has an internal heated coil and mask temperature sensor that eliminates rainout in the hose when used with Climate Control in auto mode.


Service & Support

For your ResMed Airsense 10 machine,Climate Control Auto is the recommended and default setting. Climate Control Auto is designed to make therapy as easy as possible, so there is no need to change the temperature or humidity settings.


The Tube Temperature is set to Auto (80 F [27 C]) and Climate Control adjusts the humidifier output to maintain a constant, comfortable humidity level of 85% relative humidity while protecting against rainout (water droplets in the air tubing and mask).


In Climate Control Auto there is no need to change any settings, but if the air in the mask feels too warm or cold you can adjust the tube temperature to find what is most comfortable for you. You can set the Tube Temperature to anywhere between 60-86 F (16-30 C), or turn it off completely.


Climate Control Manual Designed to offer you more flexibility and control over your settings, Climate Control Manual lets you adjust the temperature and humidity to the setting which is most comfortable for you.


In Climate Control Manual, the tube temperature and the humidity level can be set independently however, rainout protection is not guaranteed. If rainout does occur, first try increasing the tube temperature. If the air temperature becomes too warm and rainout continues, try decreasing the humidity.


The humidifier moistens the air and is designed to make therapy more comfortable. If you are getting a dry nose or mouth, turn up the humidity. If you are getting any moisture in your mask, turn down the humidity. You can set the Humidity Level to Off or between 1 and 8, where 1 is the lowest humidity setting and 8 is the highest humidity setting.

I was happy to be able to buy just the cushion for the mask, although I did feel it was very expensive at $75. It seems to have increased to more than double in the past year. However, it was shipped promptly and received within three days and there were no shipping charges. I hope we will continue to be able to buy parts for the mask and hope they will not increase anymore in price. Amazing Service
Unbelievable service! We were a little apprehensive making such a large purchase online but due to this company having such a great rating with the BBB we decided to take a chance because the prices were the cheapest we could find anywhere, especially with their price match policy. We placed our order and had a couple items for which we requested a price match, which was honoured, no questions asked! Our order was placed at 3:00 pm, by 4:05 pm we received the Canada Post tracking information!!! Order was received 2 days later in perfect condition. One item did not fit properly so when we inquired as to how/if we could make an exchange we were advised That they would be sending the replacement size with a shipping label to return the item that had to be returned. Within 10 mins we received the tracking information!!!! We have never seen service like his before and we will definately be referring others to this company and we will be regular customers without a doubt!!!!! Would not shop anywhere else!!!!

Very disappointed with the quality of the Phillips Wisp mask frame and hose assembly. Seven to ten days after the 90 warranty the cloth-covered mask frame disintegrated on one side of the mask. I repaired the break with tape only to have the plastic clips on the hose cease to remain connected to the mask (more tape). I made the mistake of not contacting VitalAire immediately, and now have no recourse but to purchase new equipment. "Great warranty" folks on a cheaply made but expensive product.
