I phoned to order a new hose for my CPAP machine and received excellent service. The hose was on sale with no shipping cost and there was a promotion on that gave me a second hose at no cost plus a container of wipes. Everything just cost me $18.30. I received everything in the mail three mailing days later. I was very surprised and pleased to get it so fast. I will most definitely contact you when I need parts again.

Hien Tran; Superb Customer Service
On November 13, 2025 I booked an appointment with Hien Tran to purchase a new ResMed CPAP machine. I previously met Hien in April, I had a Fisher & Paykel Machine which no longer worked. Instead of selling me a new machine, Hien painstakingly refurbished the F&P machine . Because of its age I decided to purchase a new machine. Again Hien patiently explained the options and configured a new ResMed machine for my use. He also helped set up the ResMed APP on my iPhone. The next day, he followed up with an e-mail to see if I was satisfied with the product settings. l suggested a minor modification which he incorporated remotely.
