I bought a Medistrom Pilot-12 battery to run my CPAP on the plane. I had to ask questions by email to choose my battery before purchase. The responses were returned quickly and were perfect . My online purchase was delivered very quickly and exactly meets my expectations.

Great warranty service!
Bought a Lumin UVC device through their amazon store front. Product worked great until the bulb burned out prematurely. They were excellent to work with and got me a replacement bulb within the week.

Great service and friendly staff.
Hi so the Vaughan office is great, Alex especially. I’ve recently purchased a full Nose piece as Dr. Chee recommended this type. mine was older it was the pillow. When I would sleep on my side it was leaving a huge mark on my face. Also a reviewer had said, “I love it...its so quiet and I love my mask as I can read with it on and its non-intrusive. Sandra Vernon, BC My question to this remark is why does she use it when she’s reading? I thought the machines purpose is to sleep with it? Am I wrong? Thanks for your time.
