Great Product and Service
I was very satisfied with the prompt delivery of my mask as well as the product itself. I ve been using this same mask, the ResMed AirFit N20 Nasal mask and tubing from the same company, heated for added comfort. From the time that I ve been diagnosed with sleep apnea, about four years ago I believe, I have been getting my mask from this company. What I love about them was that they give you personalized service. On my first visit, to their Mississauga branch on Dixie Rd, the technician who s name is Bob I believe, made me feel very relaxed and understood that as I was coming in for a mask for the first time, I was probably sleep deprived, cranky, scared of what the mask would entail and as skittish as a horse ready to bolt if there were any harsh moves and responses. His approach made me feel that yes, these people are professionals. As a result, I calmed down, was able to choose a mask that on my first try, worked for me. I have not changed my mind since then. Excellent service
This is the first time I have dealt with CPAP clinic/Vaughan since I started using a machine a few years ago. My Phillips CPAP was recalled and I phoned all over Toronto and surrounding areas but could not buy a new one. I put my name on a waiting list with the Clinic and received a call a couple of months later. Daniel is a gem, very courteous, knowledgeable and patient. My mask was not fitting properly and I received an appointment the next day with Daniel who fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. So glad I found this clinic.
