Juli, an excellent person to deal with. I was looking to upgrade my old machine and various accessories. I stopped by the CPAP clinic in Vaughan, and told Juli what I was looking for. I was very impressed by her knowledge. She took the time to explain the difference between the various new machines on the market; she is passionate and cares about her client. She was extremely helpful. The purchase was very smooth and service after the purchase was even better. She replied to all my questions and concerns very fast. Derenity Mask discontinued

How can you discontinue the serenity mask standard gel model 9352G. It is so much more comfortable and functional for me compared to the new thin plastic stuff. Highly disappointed.

Forgotten CPAP electrical cord

I realized when I was unpacking my CPAP machine at the airport hotel that I had not packed the electrical cord for my CPAP. I phoned your company and got in touch with Alex who undertook to locate the necessary cord and then arrange for a Uber driver to deliver it to the hotel. It was a necessary expense since we are flying out for a month tomorrow morning early. Thanks once again to Alex who went out of his way to make all this happen. Peter
