The Z1 HME is an inline humidification solution unit for use with the Z1. It is a waterless humidification that requires no additional power and takes up very little space. A great alternative to large humidifiers.
Note that our HMEs are certified for 7 days of use but environmental conditions may affect your experience. If you are using an HME and feel that it is no longer working we recommend that you switch to a new one.
I bought a Z1 machine from CPAP Clinic for travel and my business travel. This is a fantastic medical device, a lightweight device and does not take place in luggage compared to other CPAP. I save around $200 compared to purchasing it from suppliers in the province of Québec for the same service and after sale service. Before buying this machine, I exchanged emails with CPAP Clinic and they responded quickly to all my questions. As I was in Mississauga for business matters, they put a machine on hold for a couple of days before my travel for a pick up in store. Otherwise, they were ready to ship it to me at home. I previously dealt with Medigas in Barrie until all the staff were replaced. When I went in for my eligible equipment replacement . If I can’t say nothing good about them I won’t say anything other than I’ll never go there or spend .05 there again. I found the CPAP Clinic up on Bell Farm Rd. I was warmly met and greeted by Natasha who started my file and took my info for June. June was the most efficient CPAP technician I’ve ever met, she was not intimidated by my Healthcare Providers and knew how to process my necessary requirements expertly.
