Today I ordered my first CPAP machine and have been blown away by the service. By the time I placed the order their shipments had gone out for the day. Viberly took my order and said I had just missed the pick up by Canada Post for today so my order was to be shipped out on Monday. I have to say I was a little disappointed as was hoping to ge started on therapy as soon as possible but was satisfied with the excellent help I received. When I just now checked my emails I see that sure enough they went above and beyond and shipped ny parcel today. Now that is service. I will for sure be recommending them big time. Thank you

Juli, an excellent person to deal with. I was looking to upgrade my old machine and various accessories. I stopped by the CPAP clinic in Vaughan, and told Juli what I was looking for. I was very impressed by her knowledge. She took the time to explain the difference between the various new machines on the market; she is passionate and cares about her client. She was extremely helpful. The purchase was very smooth and service after the purchase was even better. She replied to all my questions and concerns very fast. Amazing is an understatement
I arrived in Halifax from Ontario only to discover the power cord for my Airmini was missing. My apnea is very severe meaning it is dangerous for me to miss a night let alone several. I checked every store in the area and many online stores. No luck. Either no stick or 5 day delivery. I called CPAPclinic.ca at 2pm my time. I had the cord in my hands 9am next day. I can t say enough about these guys. Special thanks to Heidi in shipping!!
