A huge thank you to Alex for his excellent customer service to me over the phone, helping me to select my new CPAP machine and mask. My new CPAP machine (AirSense 10 Autoset) works great (so very quiet!!). As always, I can always count on Alex for his patience, advice and excellent customer service! My CPAP machine and mask arrived quickly right to my door and the delivery person actually used the doorbell to hand the delivery right into my hands, instead of just leaving it on the porch. Assistance when no other company would.

I was extremely fortunate to have such great assistance from the CPAP Clinic. Deniel, in particular, took it upon himself to assist with exchanging my recalled Philip s BPAP machines. Despite the Philip s recall, it had taken years to obtain the necessary help with the exchange. This all changed when I contacted The CPAP Clinic.
