I was happy to be able to buy just the cushion for the mask, although I did feel it was very expensive at $75. It seems to have increased to more than double in the past year. However, it was shipped promptly and received within three days and there were no shipping charges. I hope we will continue to be able to buy parts for the mask and hope they will not increase anymore in price. It is cheaper to buy a complete mask, but if you have a few masks on hand that only need one or two parts it does not make sense to throw them out.

I placed an order yesterday for some replacement gels for my mom s mask and...they arrived today, free shipping included. All the other places I phoned and even placed an order with never even bothered to reply. I guess they see it as a bother, unless you order big ticket items. You have found a new customer. Best CPAP Vendor Bar None

My ICON Premo died out of warranty but before I was eligible again for ADP funding. Rather than purchasing a new APAP unit at full cost, Robert at the Vaughan location directed me to a program for Fisher and Paykel machines that break after the warrenty is up. This saved me hundreds of dollars and my insurance will cover the costs. Robert took his time to go over the machine and its features and made sure I was comfortable with it, despite the fact that it was a busy morning for him. Hands down, this was the best experience I ve had with any CPAP vendor ever. Don t deal with anyone else because they can t compare to the expertise and great customer care that CPAP Clinic provides.
