Derenity Mask discontinued

How can you discontinue the serenity mask standard gel model 9352G. It is so much more comfortable and functional for me compared to the new thin plastic stuff. Highly disappointed.

I have purchased 2 CPAP machines (for my wife and I) after Philips CPAPS have been recalled. I purchased 2 RESmed CPAPS as they are proven safe. The service was great and setting up the pressure was done remotely. My wife had a couple of changes and they were done remotely, instantly. Thank you

I have been using CPAP Clinic for many years. I used to live in Thornhill so I used the clinic on Millway in Vaughan. I moved to Toronto a year ago and started using the location on Sheppard Ave. near Leslie St. The staff at this location is terrific (including Jennifer). However, I was very disappointed with the appearance of the front windows and interior of the location. The front windows are filthy and the signs in front are faded. The floors in the office are covered in salt from the winter and look like they have not been cleaned in months. It is a pity because I was very happy with the staff and selection of product. The appearance of the clinic makes it very hard for me to recommend this location to a friend or family member.
