Been a customer for a few years. I m from Alberta and prices are about a third of what they charge here - and it s covered by Blue Cross. Shipments are always super fast. Had a warranty issue once with my portable machine and CPAP Clinic replaced it no questions asked. Great service!

Hien Tran; Superb Customer Service

On November 13, 2025 I booked an appointment with Hien Tran to purchase a new ResMed CPAP machine. I previously met Hien in April, I had a Fisher & Paykel Machine which no longer worked. Instead of selling me a new machine, Hien painstakingly refurbished the F&P machine . Because of its age I decided to purchase a new machine. Again Hien patiently explained the options and configured a new ResMed machine for my use. He also helped set up the ResMed APP on my iPhone. The next day, he followed up with an e-mail to see if I was satisfied with the product settings. l suggested a minor modification which he incorporated remotely. Hien provided significant added value and greatly exceeded my expectations. I am delighted. Hien, Thank you!
