I placed an order yesterday for some replacement gels for my mom s mask and...they arrived today, free shipping included. All the other places I phoned and even placed an order with never even bothered to reply. I guess they see it as a bother, unless you order big ticket items. You have found a new customer. The initial machine developed a fault and Alex quickly got another machine to me. I ve bought all my consumables from the CPAP Clinic over the phone and the service has been both easy and quick.
