This Heated Micro-Flexible Tubing is designed exclusively for use with DreamStation 2 Series CPAP Machines. It is the lightest, most flexible heated tubing ever made by Philips Respironics.
With ultralight Micro-Flex Tubing you can sleep in any position without worring about mask drag, or heavy tubing sitting on your bedsheets and body. Micro-Flex CPAP Tubes include handy secure-click mechanism at the machine end so that the tubing is exceptionally secure; but easy to attach and detach as well.
MASK COMPATIBILITY: At the mask end of this Micro-Flex Tubing is a PR12 Mask Adapter which makes the tubing compatible with any standard CPAP mask from any manufacturer. If you use one of Respironics more modern masks, like the DreamWear Nasal or Full Face, you can remove the quick release connector from the mask and the standard mask adapter from your Micro-Flex Tubing and the mask will click directly onto the tube. It's a great way to create an almost seamless (and more lightweight) connection between your mask and machine.
USAGE: Be sure to select the appropriate "12MM" tubing option on your DreamStation 2 or DreamStation Go device when using Micro-Flex Tubing to ensure proper sleep therapy pressure delivery. For complete instructions review the documentation that came with your equipment.

I want to acknowledge the excellent Customer Service that I have received from Juli at the Vaughan location. I first was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea a few years ago and I was in denial for almost 1 year, then finally decided to get a machine and went to a different place close to Yonge and Steeles and I had the worst experience ever. Fortunately, I did not give up and searched in Google for other CPAP machine places, and one day, I was in Vaughan, and Google lead me to this CPAP location at Vaughan. Juli was very knowledgeable about the products, and about how one may feel when just getting started to use a CPAP for the first time. Her kind approach and patience really made the difference to get me started with my CPAP machine. That first night, I slept for the first time in many years, and woke up feeling energized, as if I had had a Power up sleep. I am very thankful to Juli s professionalism in customer service, the quality of the Resmed product that we chose, her guidance and patience for us to get the most comfortable mask I could have ever hoped for (Dreamworks) after her helping me to try several others. The quality of sleep that I have now has most probably saved my life. I am getting the right care for my body, the right oxygen I need and definitely peace of mind. I decided to buy the cleaning machine, which has worked wonderfully, also giving me the confidence that my mask and machine are very well taken care of. I recently purchased a mask replacement, called her, and as always, her customer support was excellent and got the products shipped to my home right away. i tell this story often to people who ask about my Res med 10.....and the 9 i had before.....I say like anything else its a process to understand the lifestryle change of choosing you future health or just keep suffering.,....Its about the support you can get from someone....I must have talked to Alex 3 or 4 times over a month when he coached me up and i stayed in touch for 10 years....i have bought two such machines.....I got a call from someone who i offered my phone number and said ....you need one but you also will need support....And the Cpap clinic provided me the support until i knew that my Res med 9 and 10 were my best friend.....for 10 years or more i have breathed easier ...my nasal polyps are gone....they went when i used the heated hose.....i actually sleep 7 or 8 hours not two or 3.....Alex i am indebted too you Sir.....
