Very disappointed with the quality of the Phillips Wisp mask frame and hose assembly. Seven to ten days after the 90 warranty the cloth-covered mask frame disintegrated on one side of the mask. I repaired the break with tape only to have the plastic clips on the hose cease to remain connected to the mask (more tape). I made the mistake of not contacting VitalAire immediately, and now have no recourse but to purchase new equipment. "Great warranty" folks on a cheaply made but expensive product.

A huge thank you to Alex for his excellent customer service to me over the phone, helping me to select my new CPAP machine and mask. My new CPAP machine (AirSense 10 Autoset) works great (so very quiet!!). As always, I can always count on Alex for his patience, advice and excellent customer service! My CPAP machine and mask arrived quickly right to my door and the delivery person actually used the doorbell to hand the delivery right into my hands, instead of just leaving it on the porch.
