I bought a Z1 machine from CPAP Clinic for travel and my business travel. This is a fantastic medical device, a lightweight device and does not take place in luggage compared to other CPAP. I save around $200 compared to purchasing it from suppliers in the province of Québec for the same service and after sale service. Before buying this machine, I exchanged emails with CPAP Clinic and they responded quickly to all my questions. As I was in Mississauga for business matters, they put a machine on hold for a couple of days before my travel for a pick up in store. Otherwise, they were ready to ship it to me at home. When I arrived in store, they set the machine for me. They provided me an excellent service. Congratulations! J ai acheté un CPAP Z1 de CPAP Clinic pour mes voyages et mes déplacements d affaires. Avant d acheter cet appareil, j ai échangé des courriels avec CPAP Clinic et ils ont répondu rapidement à toutes mes questions. Comme j étais à Mississauga pour des raisons d affaires, ils ont mis une machine de côté pour quelques jours avant mon déplacement d affaires pour une livraison en magasin. Autrement, ils étaient prêts à me l expédié à la maison. Quand je suis arrivé au magasin, ils ont préparé l appareil pour moi. Ils m ont fourni un excellent service. Félicitations!

Extraordinary Service Once Again!

Once again, I am overwhelmed with the quality of service from the CPAP Clinic. The extreme patience and kindness of my many enquiries from Juli has me once again, overwhelmed with the extraordinary service I keep receiving from the CPAP Clinic! I have been shopping for all of my CPAP accessories for a few years now and I would never go elsewhere. I just purchased a CPAP machine and Juli was so helpful to share her knowledge and suggestions while making my purchase. The service I always receive far exceeds other CPAP clinics as far as I m concerned. I live in Saskatchewan; previously BC and Alberta and the shipping is quick and so easy!
