Reflecting on my angst of purchasing products from a non Canadian company I decided to Google CPAP products. To my delight I located CPAPClinic.ca I telephoned and chatted with a young lady, Julie Benson. Directions were provided from my abode in Mount Forest Ontario and I arranged a rendezvous on a Saturday. The warm and professional greeting was obviously a sign the young ladies enjoy what they are doing. After a few moments with Ms. Benson, my queries centered on some technical data and she invited Ms. Santos to provide the information. I was quite impressed with Ms. Santos professionalism, knowledge and recommendations. I did not feel pressured or rushed. Best Customer Service Ever
After finding out that my machine was recalled and I was to stop using my machine immediately, I was terrified to think I would have no therapy till the situation with Phillips was resolved. I contacted Juli at the CPAP Clinic and was advised to contact my insurance provider to authorize a replacement. When they said go ahead, Juli expedited a new machine the same day, and after only 2 business days, it arrived ( I live in Alberta). Such personal service is rare these days and that s why I have been a loyal customer for the past 12 years. Thank-You Juli !!! You and your entire team are amazing !!!!!

I ve been a client for many years, from the time I lived in BC, then Alberta and now Saskatchewan. The customer service I receive from C-Pap Clinic has always been extraordinary! If you have any questions or enquiries, they communicate right away and are extremely helpful. The products are below any price I ve encountered and the very few local C-Pap stores/clinic I ve visited in my "C-Pap life", never have the mask I love - in fact I ve been told it s "discontinued", which is completely untrue as I have no problem ordering my mask and parts from the C-Pap Clinic. Along with competitive pricing, everything I ve ordered is shipped quickly and with no shipping fees! It s a win-win situation! The few times an item I ve ordered is "out of stock", it s only a few days before they get it in and will let me know. You received an email to let you know when your order is being shipped, so that you can keep an eye out for it to arrive. I love the fact that my supplies are sent by Canada Post, so that I don t have to be home the day a courier company decides to deliver it and just leaves it at the doorstep. My supplies come in my mailbox where they are safe. My C-Pap machine came via courier but I was informed by the excellent courier company upon it s arrival, so it wasn t left at the doorstep. I have been a customer for many years now and I will continue to be a satisfied customer for many more years! Excellent Service!
