Very disappointed with the quality of the Phillips Wisp mask frame and hose assembly. Seven to ten days after the 90 warranty the cloth-covered mask frame disintegrated on one side of the mask. I repaired the break with tape only to have the plastic clips on the hose cease to remain connected to the mask (more tape). I made the mistake of not contacting VitalAire immediately, and now have no recourse but to purchase new equipment. "Great warranty" folks on a cheaply made but expensive product.

CPAP Clinic are the most honest people when it comes to selling CPAP machines. When I was looking for my first CPAP machine, all the other sellers were charging double the price upto $2000 on top of OHP cover. I tried four of them and all were trying to rip customers off taking advantage of your ignorance. Finally I got the best price at CPAP Clinic, Mehak, my CPAP representative is very knowledgeable and explained to me the pros and cons of all the options so that I can make the right decision. They charged me a nominal amount. Transparency and helping the customer is the policy of CPAP clinic. I am very much pleased to meet such people, especially those selling medical equipment.
