Very happy with the service

I am a long time CPAP user. I started out using another CPAP retailer and was quite happy there until the person I normally deal with left the company. I decided to search around for another company and found CPAP Clinic in Vaughan. I have been dealing with Juli and Melissa for several years now. They have both provided me excellent customer service. They are kowledgable, patient, and helpful. Thank you Juli, Melissa. I definitely recommend this company.

Best CPAP Vendor Bar None

My ICON Premo died out of warranty but before I was eligible again for ADP funding. Rather than purchasing a new APAP unit at full cost, Robert at the Vaughan location directed me to a program for Fisher and Paykel machines that break after the warrenty is up. This saved me hundreds of dollars and my insurance will cover the costs. Robert took his time to go over the machine and its features and made sure I was comfortable with it, despite the fact that it was a busy morning for him. Hands down, this was the best experience I ve had with any CPAP vendor ever. Don t deal with anyone else because they can t compare to the expertise and great customer care that CPAP Clinic provides.

I have purchased 2 CPAP machines (for my wife and I) after Philips CPAPS have been recalled. I purchased 2 RESmed CPAPS as they are proven safe. The service was great and setting up the pressure was done remotely. My wife had a couple of changes and they were done remotely, instantly. Thank you
