After extensive research I contacted CPAPClinic to find a new CPAP as mine was getting old (15 years). I searched many providers but kept coming back to CPAP Clinic. I bought the ResMed Airsense 10 Autoset at a very good price. I placed my order on Tuesday morning and it arrived Wednesday lunch time. Amazing service.

Would leave 0 star if possible ordered F20 mask on Mar 6 online it said there were 12 in stock got an email saying out of stock but would be shipped in a day or two. I just talked with them and they say 1 more week for stock to arrive they charged my credit card at time of order so I paid for something I can t use had to cancel order to get my money back online it says 9 in stock rep says online not updated. They need to get on the ball.

Hien Tran; Superb Customer Service
On November 13, 2025 I booked an appointment with Hien Tran to purchase a new ResMed CPAP machine. I previously met Hien in April, I had a Fisher & Paykel Machine which no longer worked. Instead of selling me a new machine, Hien painstakingly refurbished the F&P machine . Because of its age I decided to purchase a new machine. Again Hien patiently explained the options and configured a new ResMed machine for my use. He also helped set up the ResMed APP on my iPhone. The next day, he followed up with an e-mail to see if I was satisfied with the product settings. l suggested a minor modification which he incorporated remotely. Hien provided significant added value and greatly exceeded my expectations. I am delighted. Hien, Thank you!
