Forgotten CPAP electrical cord
I realized when I was unpacking my CPAP machine at the airport hotel that I had not packed the electrical cord for my CPAP. I phoned your company and got in touch with Alex who undertook to locate the necessary cord and then arrange for a Uber driver to deliver it to the hotel. It was a necessary expense since we are flying out for a month tomorrow morning early. Thanks once again to Alex who went out of his way to make all this happen. Peter

Recently I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and required a CPAP machine. I went to the CPAP clinic, located at 115 Bell farm Rd in Barrie. Getting set up with a machine and finding the right mask from the multitude of masks can be difficult. I had a couple of issues and needed to contact them. Each time I contacted them Natasha was always welcoming and helpful, with my questions and allowing me to try several masks to find the right fit.
