I was happy to be able to buy just the cushion for the mask, although I did feel it was very expensive at $75. It seems to have increased to more than double in the past year. However, it was shipped promptly and received within three days and there were no shipping charges. I hope we will continue to be able to buy parts for the mask and hope they will not increase anymore in price. It is cheaper to buy a complete mask, but if you have a few masks on hand that only need one or two parts it does not make sense to throw them out.

Very happy with the service
I am a long time CPAP user. I started out using another CPAP retailer and was quite happy there until the person I normally deal with left the company. I decided to search around for another company and found CPAP Clinic in Vaughan. I have been dealing with Juli and Melissa for several years now. Forgotten CPAP electrical cord
I realized when I was unpacking my CPAP machine at the airport hotel that I had not packed the electrical cord for my CPAP. I phoned your company and got in touch with Alex who undertook to locate the necessary cord and then arrange for a Uber driver to deliver it to the hotel. It was a necessary expense since we are flying out for a month tomorrow morning early. Thanks once again to Alex who went out of his way to make all this happen. Peter
